Concentration is the control of attention. It is an ability to focus the mind on one particular subject, idea or object and to remove the extra, irrelevant thoughts and idea at the same time. The concentration helps person to use resources and  approach problems in effective way. It will help you to look at important points and memorizing things easily.



How to stay focused?

The question is how you can stay focused while studying. Staying focused is challenging for everyone, it doesn’t depend what’s distraction you faced, just have willingness to be focused and concentrated. There are few important steps that will help you to stay motivated and concentrated.

You should eliminate distractions so that you can focus in a better way. There are different ways to eliminate distractions.
